Can I get a refund for an event I booked through Books Expo International?
No refunds are given, A lot of reservations and deposits have to be paid more than a year in advance and they are non-refundable as well. Please confirm your availability before you book that you can attend each event.
Can I pay for all four events at once?
Yes.
Can I get a discount if I book an event?
No, our pricing is already competitive and we provide a lot of resources at our events along with incurred expenses
Can I pay my membership fee online?
Yes.
Can I pay my membership by mail?
Yes, but you will need to add a $59.95 handling fee to it. You may only mail in a cashier check or money order for it to be posted to your account.
Can I participate in any of your events if I am not a member?
Yes, but you will not be able to get the member discount rate.
Do I need to participate in all 4 events per year?
No, the events are a way to help you market what you do as an author. It is highly recommended that you consider participating in all four so, that you can get the full benefits and exposure.
Do you all have an affiliate program?
Yes, but you will need to send an email requesting permission to be an affiliate.
