She resides in Toronto, Canada and continues to work tirelessly to help authors shine and thrive. In 2018 Ignaoski established BEI, and has grown a reputation for innovation and collaboration with teams and culture. Ignaoski has received numerous awards for community service and building teams. She is committed and resilient to making sure others thrive and succeed. Ignaoski’s grit and determination causes others to excel within her business.
